Richmond Integrative Psychiatric & Nutrition Services is Richmond’s only functional medicine psychiatric practice, - uncovering and then treating the root-cause of mental health symptoms using integrative and holistic treatments.

We work with men and women who are interested in getting to the underlying cause of their mental health issues. Though our focus is mental health- we address all of the metabolic, hormonal, and inflammatory conditions that often accompany mental health symptoms or are part of their root cause.

  •        Digestive issues, food allergies & sensitivities
  •        Adrenal fatigue/low energy
  •        Autoimmune disease
  •         Thyroid dysfunction
  •        Cardiovascular & metabolic imbalances
  •        Sleep dysregulation including insomnia
  •        Migraines/headaches
  •        Cognitive problems
  •        Weight management
  •         Skin & dermatology problems

Our approach to treating mental health is integrative, collaborative, and transformative. We believe that it is of paramount importance to identify the underlying cause of your symptoms and to treat the root cause, rather than just medicate your symptoms.
